Özel Güvenlik ve Koruma Programı, Bülent Ecevit Üniversitesine bağlı olarak eğitim-öğretim faaliyetinde bulunan Devrek Meslek Yüksekokulu yerleşkesinde yer almaktadır. Bölüm, 2016 2017 eğitim öğretim yılında ilk öğrencilerini alarak eğitim-öğretim faaliyetlerine başlamıştır.
Program mezunları ön lisans diploması ve “Özel Güvenlik Görevlisi” unvanını almaktadır.
PROGRAMININ İSTİHDAM OLANAKLARI
Mezun olacak Özel Güvenlik ve Koruma Programı öğrencileri, kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarının bünyesinde kurulan özel güvenlik birimlerinde, özel güvenlik şirketleri bünyesinde, kişilerin can ve mal güvenliğini korunması için yanlarında ya da meskenlerinde görev yapabileceklerdir.
QUALIFICATION AWARDED
The graduates of the program are awarded the associate’s degree diploma and the title “Private Security Guard”
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Height of the male students must be at least 1.70 cm and female students at least 1.63
A health certificate from a public hospital and a criminal record certificate is necessary for register
The program capacity for student for morning classes is 80 and for evening classes 80. The program includes both theoretical and practice-oriented courses to be delivered at Devrek Vocational School. The program is conducted in the form of formal education.
EMPLOYMENT PROFILES OF GRADUATES
Graduates can be employed in private security units formed within the body of public institutions and organizations, in private security companies or they can be employed by private persons to protect themselves and their property.
